Scope:

Project includes miscellaneous work for the renovation of five engineering laboratory spaces to create a core facility in the center for energy and sustainability. Scope includes selective demolition, removal and replacement of existing laboratory cabinets and countertops, modification to heating and air conditioning systems, electrical lighting, electrical power data and telecom, and mechanical utilities. Also included are partitions, interior doors and windows, wall and floor finishes, and ceiling systems. |
